Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive incorrect items, expired products, or an order with missing items or incorrect quantities, please file a claim within 7 days of delivery. To verify the discrepancy, include photo documentation of the received package, packing slip, and any errors. Once your claim is approved, we will promptly resolve the issue by:
- Covering the cost of return shipping
- Providing a shipping label
- Either shipping the correct items or issuing a credit to your account
Purchased Incorrect Product or Changed Mind
We accept returns for any unopened product, no questions asked. Please file a claim within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a shipping label; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, please file a claim within 60 days of delivery. Once we receive the product, we will issue a credit for the defective item.
Unique Cases
We understand that special circumstances may arise requiring a return. Please contact your sales rep to start a claim. Providing photos/videos of the issue will help us assess your situation and determine the best course of action.
General Information
🔹 Once you notify your sales rep of a return, we will send you a request form.
🔹 Store credit is the standard return method for approved claims.
🔹 Refunds to the original payment method are not typically issued but may be considered in unique cases with prior approval and authorization.
🔹 No returns will be accepted without prior authorization—please reach out to your sales rep for approval or claim status.
🔹 We reserve the right to amend our return policy as necessary.
